Nowadays people have a problem that they are gaining a lot of weight and on trying hard the output they get is a big zero. This is my personal experience that tells me because I am also a fat boy and have gained a lot of weight and whenever I got to dietitian he just suggests me that you should have a healthy diet then I got a question in my mind “are bhai yeh healthy diet kya hai”. Now I know most have the question in their mind that eating fruits means eating lots of money or the wastage of money, whether there is any alternative for the same, So my answer for this would be that you can follow simple diet why go to market just have a diet that you are taking and I would like to share some most common foods lists that can be a healthy diet. Banana blueberry Pancakes
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1-1/4 cups fat-free milk
- 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Freeze option: Freeze cooled pancakes between layers of waxed paper in a resealable plastic freezer bag. To use, place pancakes on an ungreased baking sheet, cover with foil, and reheat in a preheated 375° oven 6-10 minutes. Or, place a stack of three pancakes on a microwave-safe plate and microwave on high for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 minutes or until heated through.
Yield: 14 pancakes.
